Coaching

The coaching will be tailor made to fit your needs. I will ask you the questions and give you the exercises you need to make the next step. I have years of experience in the Human Resources Management, Health Management and Career Counselling. I’m also certified in Creative Dynamic Coaching. When working with this methode I will give you all kinds of creative exercises (painting, drawing, modelling, etc.). They will help you in finding the answers hidden inside of you. This method can in particular help people who for one reason or another find it difficult to express themselves with words, or in a foreign language. 

About me

At the age of nineteen I moved from Finland to the Netherlands because of love. After studying sociology, I have always worked in a big international company in the field of Human Resources. There lies the basis of my love for and experience with coaching. 

For some years I worked as a project manager and a career counsellor with employees who lost their jobs due to a reorganization. It was surprising to see how strong and flexible  people can be. How a setback and a disappointment can lead to new opportunities and personal growth. It was wonderful to be able to contribute to that proces.

Also while working as a manager in the field of Health and Vitality I have seen how much effect coaching has. It can take care people stay vital and motivated, and if needed it helps you to get back on track.

I have also personally several times experienced the value of a good coach. Over the years I have often balanced between career and motherhood. Various reorganisations have come my way. I have had a lot of  success but I have also my share of disappointments. I have lost loved ones, raised children with love and let them fly out. I have learned to fall and rise. All those experiences have made me who I am and they give me the life experience I need as a coach.  

I am a passionate amateur artist. In 2017 I finished my education for Creative Dyna mic Coaching. I built a bridge between my two passions: being creative and coaching people. In 2019 I started my own coaching business.
